Who is responsible for what?
Your research team defines the scientific objectives and research requirements. STSEA works with you to plan the operational scope and coordinate relevant technical specialists and volunteers. Responsibilities are agreed for each project.
What if funding or institutional requirements are still unresolved?
Include your funding stage and any procurement, insurance, access, or permitting requirements in your inquiry. They are part of the scoping conversation. This form is an initial inquiry, not a project acceptance or a quote.
